MUSA (Movement United for Super Action) will collect and process the personal data you enter below only to register and administer your party membership, keep the party register, and submit membership records to the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) as the law requires — under the Data Protection Act, 2019 and the Political Parties Act, 2011.

We collect only what is needed: your name, sex, date of birth and National ID; phone and email to contact you; your county, constituency and ward (or country if you live abroad); and whether you belong to a special-interest group (woman, youth, person with disability). We do not ask for a passport photo.

Data privacy notice. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent. Only authorised party officials can see it, and sensitive details are masked on screen. You can view and correct your own details any time in your account, or withdraw consent by resigning — after resignation your record is kept for seven (7) days for review, then permanently deleted.
